Josh’s journey as an electrician began at the age of 17 when he started as an apprentice. Over the past 30 years, he has worked tirelessly to master his craft, becoming a skilled and reliable expert in the electrical trade. A proud resident of Tate County, Mississippi, Josh enjoys the close-knit community where he lives with his wife, daughter, and a growing menagerie of animals that his wife continues to bring home. Josh is also a serving member at Strayhorn Baptist Church.

When he's not working on electrical projects, Josh is often found fishing, hunting, enjoying weekends at the lake, managing the grill at the local high school football games, serving his church community or grilling out with family and friends. He and his wife also have a passion for cultural exchange, serving as "host parents" for the International Student Exchange program. Through this, they've had the opportunity to welcome foreign exchange students into their home from all over the world, broadening their horizons and creating lifelong connections. With his dedication to both his craft and his community, Josh brings passion and experience to everything he does.
Jack Tribble
Electrical Apprentice
Jack is a recent graduate of Strayhorn High School and a proud new member of our electrical team. This is Jack’s first season working as an electrical apprentice, and he’s diving headfirst into the trade with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn. Under Josh's guidance, Jack is gaining valuable hands-on experience and technical knowledge that will set the foundation for a long and successful career in the electrical field.

His ultimate goal is to earn his electrician’s license in the state of Mississippi and work his way up to becoming a master electrician. Jack’s dedication to his craft, along with his natural problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, make him a promising up-and-comer in the industry. Whether it’s wiring a new installation or assisting on a repair job, Jack approaches each task with focus and a positive attitude.

Outside of work, Jack leads an active and adventurous lifestyle. He’s passionate about the outdoors and enjoys fishing, camping, and spending weekends at the lake with family and friends. He’s also a big fan of soccer and loves to travel whenever the opportunity arises. Jack’s well-rounded interests and strong work ethic make him a great fit for our team, and we’re excited to watch his journey unfold as he works toward mastering his trade.
Finny & Maggie
The Real Bosses
If you’re wondering who really runs the show, look no further than Finny and Maggie. Finny is a Boston Terrier with a big personality and an even bigger appetite, and Maggie is a miniature Australian Shepherd who takes her nap schedule very seriously. Together, they form the ultimate dynamic duo whose daily routine goes something like this: eat, sleep, eat, sleep, eat… and yep, you guessed it... sleep again.

When they’re not hard at work supervising snack time or holding down the couch, Finny enjoys zooming around the house with the energy of a toddler after birthday cake, while Maggie prefers to perfect her herding skills... usually by rounding up socks, toys, or unsuspecting humans. They’re loyal, lovable, and completely convinced they’re on the payroll. We pay them in snacks and free air conditioning.

Sure, they don’t do much wiring or paperwork, but morale would definitely collapse without them. Finny and Maggie: making naps look productive since day one.
